A four-person scramble with cash payouts, on-course contests, and swag for the crew. After the last putt, head to Capone’s on Summit Street for food and an open bar. Consider it the unofficial first tailgate of Patriots season—just with more three-putts.
The 2027 start time, entry fee, and prize amounts will be confirmed before spots are finalized. The 2025 event had an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start and a $600 foursome entry.

HOW IT PLAYS
Four players.
One alibi.
Everyone tees off. Choose the best shot, then each player hits from that spot. Repeat until the ball is holed. Play from the blue tees.
2025 playing rules
- Place each ball within one club length of the selected shot, no closer to the hole. Keep the ball in the same hazard or rough.
- On the green, putt within three inches of the marked spot, no closer to the hole.
- To keep play moving, the maximum team score on a hole is bogey.
- Ties are decided by the lowest score on the hardest handicap hole, then the next hardest until broken.
Final rules for the next tournament will be shared before play.
